Alphabetical resource list

Here, all the resources reviewed in my blog are listed alphabetically, by their authors. Where possible, a named individual will be listed as the author. If this is not possible, then it will be listed under the name of the organisation/institution instead. If there are multiple authors, or similar (e.g. a podcast or interview where there is one principle guest), then all authors will be listed separately.
